Privacy Policy

Animify ("we," "us," "the app") lets you upload a photo and generate anime-style images and videos from it. This policy explains what data we collect, how it's used, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

• Account information — the email address and username you sign up with, via Firebase Authentication.
• Photos you upload — used only to generate your requested output. See "How long we keep your photos" below.
• Generation history metadata — which features you've used and how many credits you've spent, so we can enforce your credit balance and unlocked characters. We do not store the images or videos you generate on our servers after they're returned to you.
• Usage counts — kept locally on your device (not tied to your account), used only to show your own stats back to you.
• Payment information — credit purchases on the website are processed by Ameriabank's vPOS payment gateway. Your card details are entered directly on Ameriabank's own secure hosted payment page and never pass through or get stored on our servers.

2. How long we keep your photos

Uploaded photos are processed in temporary storage and deleted automatically once your generation completes or fails — they are not retained afterward. The image or video we generate for you is sent directly back to your device and is not saved on our servers.

3. Who we share data with

We use a small number of third-party services to run Animify:

• Google Firebase / Google Cloud Platform — authentication, account data storage, and the compute infrastructure that runs generations.
• Kling AI (Singapore) — for the Scene Swap feature specifically, your uploaded photo and a reference video are sent to Kling's API to generate the animated result. Kling does not receive data from any other feature.
• Ameriabank (vPOS) — processes credit-purchase payments. We send the purchase amount and order details; your card number and payment credentials go directly to Ameriabank's hosted checkout page, not to us.
• Cloudflare — hosts the website and handles secure traffic routing.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your uploaded photos to train public AI models without separate, explicit consent.

4. Advertising and analytics

We don't currently use third-party advertising trackers or analytics pixels. If we introduce social media advertising (e.g. Meta/Instagram ads) in the future, we'll update this policy before doing so.

5. Your choices

• You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account data and credit balance.
• You can contact us at any time (see below) to ask what data we hold about you or to request its deletion.

6. Age requirement

Animify is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
